We want you to love every piece you purchase from Anniston Boutique! If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help with a return under the following conditions:

Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 1 week (7 days) of the delivery or purchase date.

Eligible Items

To qualify for a return, all items must be:

• In brand-new condition

• Free of smells, odors, stains, rips, or signs of wear

• Unwashed and unworn

• Returned with all original tags still attached

Refund Method

• No cash or card refunds will be given.

• All approved returns will receive store credit only, which can be used toward any future purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale items, accessories, and intimate wear are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

• Contact us within 7 days with your order number and the item you wish to return.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back.
